🚀 Successful delivery of a new decoiling system

We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of another decoiling system. 🎉

The system was specially developed for the automatic and precise unwinding of sheet metal coils and ensures a reliable material flow in the downstream production line.

💪 With a load capacity of up to 5,000 kg, a strip width of 200 to 500 mm and a stepless loop control system, the decoiler ensures smooth, efficient and reliable material feeding.

✨ A special highlight is our intelligent sensor-based loop control. The sensor continuously monitors the material loop and automatically adjusts the decoiler's unwinding speed to the actual material demand of the downstream system. This ensures that the optimum loop position is always maintained, material tensions are reduced and a consistent production process is guaranteed – completely without manual intervention.
