Convenient Turning and Lifting of Horizontal Coils with Pallet.
The system is designed for turning and feeding a decoiler with coils lying on pallets.
By using check valves and a hydraulic circuit specially designed for the turning device, it is possible to securely stop the coil at any position from 0-90°.
The coil lifting device allows coils with different outer diameters to be adapted to the mandrel height. Thus, there is no need for an additional coil lifting table, as commonly seen in traditional decoilers.
With the hydraulically operated carriage, the turned and raised coil can be placed on the mandrel at the appropriate height.
